Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities in Orangeville, ON is seeking an Associate to join our leading wealth management team. You will maintain existing client accounts, respond to inquiries promptly, and support the Advisor team through onboarding and the wealth management process.

Qualifications

  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and business applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver world-class client service with warmth and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and timely manner.
  • Provide proactive client service by resolving issues and coordinating with departments.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.
  • Assist Advisors with welcoming and onboarding new clients.
  • Support Wealth Management processes and maintain an audit of activities and priorities.

The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Orangeville, ON is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Associate.

What will you do?
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner.
  • Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
  • Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
  • Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High quality time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset
