Job summary

Flow-X is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations in Vaughan. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory, efficient workflows, and strong team coordination in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable in a busy environment, with bilingual Chinese and English communication, Excel proficiency, and a willingness to learn and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with WMS is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English for customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and staff coordination
• Assist in supervising warehouse associates and monitoring daily productivity
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks based on priorities and customer requirements
• Provide on-site operational guidance and training to staff
• Monitor workflow quality and help prevent errors, missed shipments, and inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate inbound receiving, labeling, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipments
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Track daily performance, workload, and order volume
• Assist with labor planning, attendance, and floor discipline
• Utilize WMS to maintain accurate inventory records
• Communicate with internal departments regarding issues and requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
• Support reporting, documentation, and admin tasks
