Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily distribution activities and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating workloads, and maintaining safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The position requires 2–5 years in distribution/warehouse, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Calgary area on-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in distribution/warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory responsibilities and act as a functional leader.
• Administers workflow and prepares work schedules to meet customer service standards.
• Assist with dispatching for the day shift supervisor by routing and inputting loads.
• Improve efficiency of receiving docks and space utilization.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of equipment and machinery.
• Train employees on processes and safety-related tasks.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain tidy work areas.
