Job summary

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking a Client Ambassador for our Market Mall location in Calgary. You will deliver exceptional customer service, meet monthly sales targets, and help promote brand initiatives in-store.

You will work with store management to maintain visual presentation, support merchandising, and gather customer feedback to inform business decisions, while leveraging your retail experience to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to promote brand initiatives.
• Share customer feedback and business trends with Retail Store Management.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and replenish stock as needed.
