Hillberg & Berk in Oshawa, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, coach a small team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to coordinate planning, processes, and staff scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

A 3–5 year retail background is preferred, with inventory control or related process management experience; supervisory experience is not required but a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience
• Experience with process management such as inventory control
• Supervisory experience not required but would be an asset
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
