Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales associates.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and mentor team members to meet store goals.
• Oversee opening/closing, POS integrity, freight processing, stock and safety.
• Support recruitment, scheduling and payroll in partnership with the Store Manager.
