Job summary

GARAGE is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager at Oshawa Centre to maximize sales by optimizing stockroom organization and inventory through shipments, replenishment, and merchandising. You’ll ensure a superior shopping experience and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations, contribute to inventory accuracy, and collaborate with teams to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with good decision making.
• Be curious, creative and capable of simplifying processes and procedures.
• Promote collaboration and build partnerships; proactive in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Support e-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and brand standards in store operations.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure visual standards across the store.
