Job summary

CHANGE Lingerie Canada at Sherway Gardens in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to handle daily operations, scheduling, training, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, while growing your leadership career and benefiting from comprehensive training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and coach others.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in fashion/lingerie retail is an asset.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive business results, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while building your own leadership career.

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and store performance.
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

• Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed.
• Analyze store performance and contribute ideas to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, Team Lead, or similar role).
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and coach others to success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.

Retail experience in fashion, lingerie, beauty, or other specialty retail environments is considered a strong asset.
