You’ll lead a team, coach staff, and ensure friendly, high‑energy service aligned with Journeys’ culture. This position offers growth opportunities and requires 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Training Manager with recruiting and hiring.
• Help train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees and enforce company policies.
• Ensure store initiatives are implemented per company direction.
• Supervise daily store operations in Manager In Training's absence.
• Monitor loss prevention practices and asset protection.
