Job summary

Journeys is seeking a retail leader to support Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.

You will supervise operations, coach staff, implement initiatives, and foster a customer-first culture while growing the in-store team to reach targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Manager In Training’s absence.
