Journeys is seeking motivated retail team members for store leadership tracks. You will help recruit, train, and manage staff to achieve sales goals while delivering a high-energy, engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire in-store staff as needed.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide coaching and enforce company policies.
