Chatters Limited Partnership in Sherwood Park is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Emerald Hills Retail Salon to lead daily retail and salon operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

You will handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, training, and product knowledge, while upholding Chatters’ standards and values. This role requires leadership in a beauty-focused environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
