Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership in Red Deer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bower Mall Retail Salon. You will support daily retail and salon operations, coach a team to meet sales goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll lead scheduling, payroll, inventory, and bookings while maintaining a clean, stocked salon. You will share product knowledge and mentor staff, stepping in to resolve issues to benefit customers and the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution oriented.

Responsibilities
