Dollarama in Vaughan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Manager’s absence, ensuring sales goals are met and standards are maintained.

Open availability is required, with responsibilities spanning merchandising, training, cash handling, and performance management. This full‑time role offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
