Job summary

Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

Responsibilities include assisting with operations and staff management, merchandising and stocking, training and coaching employees, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Open availability (day, evening, weekend) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
