Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Alberta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

You will lead staff, help with merchandising, training, and coaching, and handle cash management, opening and closing duties. This role offers growth, competitive compensation, and career development opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience required.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staff management.
• Help with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
