Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Richmond Hill to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, drive sales, and lead the team to deliver an exceptional store experience. You will motivate staff, uphold ALDO standards, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining brand integrity.

The role requires a hands-on leader with retail management experience and a passion for fashion, along with flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
