ALDO Group in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion-forward team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand, driving sales, guiding the team, and ensuring customers leave feeling their best.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, manage daily store operations, and uphold our standards of inclusivity and exceptional customer service. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg).

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.

• Lead with integrity by following (and reinforcing) all loss prevention policies
• Keep the store looking flawless with on-point visual merchandising and marketing displays
