Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving an exceptional store experience and guiding a dynamic team to meet sales goals. You’ll lead in the Manager’s absence, ensure smooth daily operations, and reinforce ALDO’s brand standards.

You will shape a customer-first culture, coach staff on product and service excellence, and promote inclusive, engaging store environments across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
