Job summary

ALDO Group in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and lead the store in their absence. You’ll drive sales, coach the team, and uphold the ALDO brand experience on the floor.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage daily operations, guidance on visual merchandising, loss prevention, and a culture of respect and inclusion. The role requires a passion for fashion and availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in retail or service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with the ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) when busy.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
