Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Working with the Store Manager, sharing joint responsibility for the daily running of the store.
  2. Leading by example and co-managing a small team of 4-6 staff members.
  3. Motivating your team to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  4. Building rapport with customers by offering honest advice, exceeding expectations, and reassuring them during their shopping experience.

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience in retail customer service or sales environment.
  2. Supervisory or junior management experience in retail or field sales, preferably in hard goods.
  3. Knowledge of our product range, with the ability to sell and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Experience in achieving sales targets.
  5. Confidence, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills.
  6. Personal skills including accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
  7. Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
  8. A desire to succeed both individually and as a team co-leader.
