Job summary

ALDO Group in Ontario, Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and drive an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team to hit sales goals, and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best and belonging to the ALDO family.

When the Store Manager is away, you’ll take the helm, keep operations smooth, and uphold ALDO’s brand look and standards while encouraging growth and inclusion for all team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role
