ALDO Group in Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help shoppers find the right footwear, handbags, and accessories.

You will support daily operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining policies around payments, returns, and loss prevention, while contributing to a welcoming and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role
