ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brampton to lead by example, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional store experience. You will guide sales, demonstrate ALDO brand standards, and keep operations running smoothly in the manager's absence.

With a focus on customer-first service, you will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure a stylish, inclusive store environment that reflects ALDO's fashion-forward ethos.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
