Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to drive daily operations, inventory control, and exceptional customer service in our Manitoba location. The role focuses on maintaining visual standards and executing campaigns to boost sales.

You will lead a small team, train associates on standards, manage stock, and ensure safety and policy compliance while contributing to store growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of store associates.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to deliver customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and stockroom management.
• Maintain brand visual standards through product displays and fixtures.
• React to sell-through trends and partner on product focuses to drive performance.
• Lead training on product knowledge, launches, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure size integrity, stock replenishment, and product availability on the sales floor.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies across the store.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and actions.
• Support a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to motivate the team and execute strategies.
