Job summary

Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Senior Service Manager to optimize department operations for efficiency, profitability and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will support Service Advisors and build lasting relationships with customers across Canada.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an Assistant Service Manager or a senior Service Advisor in a dealership, valid Canadian work authorization, and CDK knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of CDK is an asset and dealership experience is valued.

Your area of focus.

The role consists of optimizing department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

• Ensuring profitability of the service shop
• Assisting and support Service Advisors

• Performing administrative tasks related to the department as needed

What are the must-haves…

• Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting or tenured experienced as a Senior Service Advisor (5+ years)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a have a valid driver's license
• Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of CDK is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct emails and messages in a professional and inviting manner

Compensation

The expected range of total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
