AutoCanada is hiring an Assistant Service Manager at Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Dartmouth, NS. The role focuses on optimizing department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

You will supervise Appointment Coordinators, assist Service Advisors, build customer loyalty, and handle department admin tasks. The position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting or 5+ years as Senior Service Advisor.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid driver's license.
• Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of CDK is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The expected range of total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
