Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge, part of the AutoCanada dealership network, is seeking a Full Time Assistant Service Manager in Dartmouth, NS. You will focus on optimizing department operations to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in a dealership service environment; you will support Service Advisors, build customer loyalty, and handle department administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a dealership with Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor roles.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and MVR screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability of the service shop.

Your area of focus.

The role consists of optimizing department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

What are the must-haves…

• Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting or tenured experienced as a Senior Service Advisor (5+ years)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a have a valid driver's license
• Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of CDK is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct emails and messages in a professional and inviting manner

Compensation

The expected range of total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
