Fitness World Canada is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager in Richmond, BC. The role reports to the General Manager and Fitness Manager, overseeing fitness services and leading a team to deliver a best-in-class experience for members.

You will drive client acquisition, ensure high‑quality training programs, and manage administration of personal training products while promoting safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Trainer Certification and First Aid Certification required.
• Leadership and/or management experience in sales, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fitness and personal training products and services at the club.
• Build and maintain a high performing fitness team of Personal Trainers.
• Achieve financial results, member retention and satisfaction; enforce company policies.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly check-ins, development and training with employees.
• Address health and safety concerns and report incidents to leadership.
