Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager who thrives on sales and people. You’ll lead guest conversations, book appointments and guide members to memberships, while supporting daily studio operations and a team of Sales Associates.

You’ll drive energy, hit targets, and help guests set meaningful fitness goals. This role offers growth into Studio Manager or Sales Manager and includes training, benefits, and a dynamic fitness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people -> book appointments -> sell memberships
• Daily production: call leads & book appointments
• Give studio tours
• Host first time guests: help them set goals and find a membership that works best
• Follow up (speed + persistence = sales)
• Build relationships with new guests and members
• Help run daily studio operations with the Studio Manager
• Manage a group of Sales Associates
