Porsche Centre Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Sales Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Service, and Parts Managers to create and maintain a team environment throughout the dealership, promoting a culture of cooperation and collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Assist in leading daily and monthly sales meetings as needed.
- Ensure customers receive an unmatched ownership experience by actively engaging in all sales inquiries and executing effective sales practices, including personal interaction with each guest. Meet guests early in the sales process and communicate directions and instructions to sales consultants throughout.
- Build ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues related to the dealership, personnel, or products. Conduct management callback calls to maximize closing ratios.
- Help complete sales transactions, ensuring all documents such as purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements, and registration applications are completed accurately and in compliance with Porsche policies and local laws.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals with the sales team in both sales and service drives.
- Create and implement dealership-specific sales programs and events, develop regional advertising, oversee marketing plan execution, and analyze sales reports.
- Coordinate vehicle inventory, display, and cleanliness, including pricing.
- Determine which traded vehicles will be reconditioned and sold or wholesaled, monitoring reconditioning to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality results.
- Perform other duties as required by your local manager.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Promptly and professionally handle customer issues or concerns
- Previous automotive experience
- Valid VSA License is required
