Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Calgary is actively seeking a Store Manager to lead a large, fast-paced retail team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee store operations, coach a diverse team, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.

The role requires a strong track record in managing large teams, optimizing store performance, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace. Calgary stores include Deerfoot Meadows, Sunridge, and other locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a hospitality or retail team of at least 50 associates in a fast-paced and high-volume location.
• 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• The first store(s) you will be placed in are Deerfoot Meadows or Sunridge
• In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our Calgary store locations (eg: Calgary 17th Avenue, Deerfoot Meadows, Northland, Shawnessy, Sunridge and Westhills Calgary) and ability to commute to those locations is required
