Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education.
• At least 1 year of Supervisory experience in the commercial food service or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work a position on the floor while coaching the team to achieve daily KPIs.
• Supervise, motivate and train team members with their tasks and responsibilities, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Provide positive recognition and corrective coaching when required.
• Assist and support the Restaurant Manager in the management of daily operations of the restaurant.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, costs, labour, inventory).
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that operational, staffing, and customer service standards are maintained.
• Ensure team members provide the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through service and product quality.
• Respond to emergency situations as required and communicate to management immediately.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting qualified, high energy team members using approved tools and systems.
• Participate in the training of new team members.
