Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for a live-in, two-person team at one of our Brockville properties. You will share an apartment and work four weekdays, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

Base compensation is CAD 21,000 per person per year plus a provided apartment suite. Employer benefits, bonuses, training, and other incentives are included to support career development and a welcoming, diverse work environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience required.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
