Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall, ON property. The role requires you to work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

Base compensation is CAD 33,000 per person per year, plus a signing bonus, and includes an apartment suite as a taxable benefit. You will join a leading property management team responsible for Rent collection, leasing, and resident services across Canada.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants
• Clean common areas of property
• Perform minor maintenance repairs
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Assist with leasing suites
• Respond to on-call requests

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
