Job summary

KOLT Investments in Toronto seeks an experienced facilities and real estate operations professional to evaluate construction projects, oversee facility operations, and prepare reports and budgets. The role requires organizing day-to-day business operations and generating cost estimates.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–3 years of relevant work experience are required. This is an on-site position at our local facilities, with health benefits including dental and health care
