Our client, an established electrical contractor working extensively in the high-rise construction sector, is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to its project team.
This is primarily an office-based position supporting electrical construction projects through coordination, documentation, procurement, cost tracking and communication with project stakeholders. The role is suited to someone with an electrical background who is looking to move further into project coordination and project management.
Candidates may come from a construction coordination background or from the electrical trade, including individuals who have spent time working on site and are interested in transitioning into an office/project management position.
This is an office-based project coordination position rather than a site-based construction role.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and field personnel on electrical construction projects, with significant exposure to high-rise residential work.
Benefits are available following the initial three-month period.
The position is available for an immediate start.
The expected compensation range for this role is $60 000 – $80 000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
