Job summary

McConnell Foundation in New Minas, NS is seeking a store supervisor to manage daily operations at a retail location. You will supervise 3–4 staff, plan shifts, and ensure smooth customer service while handling inventory and merchandising decisions.

The role requires a Secondary school diploma or equivalent and on-site availability. Responsibilities include hiring, performance reviews, handling customer requests, and ensuring accurate pricing and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supervising 3–4 staff in a retail setting is expected.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and shift work.
