Job summary

La Luce Ristorante in Toronto is seeking an experienced restaurant operations professional to oversee daily activities, analyze budgets, and drive profitability.

You will develop budgets for food, beverages, and supplies, adjust menu prices, monitor labour costs, supervise a team, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. This on-site role requires 3–5 years of experience.

  • Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and manage inventory.
  • Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
