- Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Modify food prep methods and menu prices based on budget.
- Monitor revenues and labor costs.
- Monitor staff performance and organize daily operations.
- Recruit, schedule, supervise, and train staff.
- Implement operational procedures and manage services.
- Balance cash, complete reports, and conduct performance reviews.
- Cost products and services, enforce liquor legislation, and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering/services.
- Participate in marketing plans.
- Address customer complaints and provide customer service.
