Job summary

Hiringplatform is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver great client experiences while supporting daily operations across St Catharines and Beamsville. This floater role requires travel between the two locations and uses strong communication and sales skills.

The position offers day shifts, a 6-week paid training program, starting pay of CAD 18.50 per hour, and bonus potential of CAD 2,000–5,000 annually. After 90 days, health and insurance benefits, vacation, and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Positive attitude with strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are assets.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Manage front desk operations, inquiries, and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the property clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units and property.
