Job summary

Lush in Winnipeg is seeking a Temporary Assistant Manager for a 12-month term. You will report to the Shop Manager and support store operations, customer experience, and sales goals while promoting Lush's values. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and adaptability to a dynamic team.

Salary is CAD 46,500 per year, with a 40-hour work week. The position offers growth potential and opportunities to promote from within within our North America stores.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
