Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP may allow exception).
• Minimum of 1 year managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost controls, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
