You’ll recruit, train and coach team members, manage costs, inventory and performance metrics, and rotate through AOI areas such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom to build broad leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow hiring at the age permitted by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Oversee AOI areas: The Kitchen – manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough prep and cooking; Sales – cashier, salad bar, gift shop; Inventory, ordering, and profitability; Showroom – birthday party execution and seating; Gameroom – partner with Technical Manager to keep games in top condition.
