Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to join our store leadership team. You will lead from the floor, develop team members, and build a culture where belonging and growth are encouraged, ensuring guests receive a quality, on-brand experience daily.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, coaching, and performance management, while driving in-store operations, visual merchandising, and budgeted labor goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience including managing operations and administration.
• Retail experience and customer service focus.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team; promote inclusive culture.
• Hire and build a diverse team; coach and manage performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the sales floor; address guest needs and feedback.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, restock, and product presentation.
• Assist in budgeting and labor planning; monitor KPI performance.
