As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in fostering an inclusive team environment that promotes positive connections. Your goal will be to achieve store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit objectives, recruiting, managing performance, and supporting training and development. Your adaptability to various situations and work schedules will be key to your success.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals
  • Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruit, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers
  • Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers
Qualifications
