Typical Workday

Under your manager's support, you will ensure the store operates smoothly and your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Responsibilities
Sales
  • Optimize store performance and profitability
  • Train your team in customer support and sales techniques
  • Analyze sales results and develop solutions for improvement
  • Schedule staff efficiently based on performance

  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations
Human Resources

Marketing and Visual Presentation
