Splitsville Entertainment is Canada’s premier family entertainment centre, seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll receive a thorough induction, develop your leadership skills, and play a key role in coaching staff, managing shifts, and ensuring a safe, fun guest experience across lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, hitting centre goals, and supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in retail or restaurant settings.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Run front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
• Support the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and guest engagement.

When joining Splitsville as an Assistant Manager, you will receive a thorough induction, to set you up for success and make sure you are fully trained across all areas of the busy centre, including the lanes, the bar and diner, and the amusements area.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the very centre of the Splitsville experience, to support the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the guest journey.

The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.

To be successful you will have:

• Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting
• A passion for guest service
