With managerial support, ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

Sales responsibilities

• Enhance store performance and profitability
• Train team on customer support and sales techniques
• Analyze sales data and develop improvement strategies
• Schedule staff efficiently
• Set and communicate sales goals

• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations

Human Resources
