Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Sainte-Thérèse, QC, is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and supervise staff. You will coordinate hiring, performance reviews and scheduling, maintain store standards, cleanliness, and an inviting image while training team members to deliver top‑quality service.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a passion for retail, with 35+ hours per week and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to see to the training of employees under your responsibility.

If you don't have management experience:

• but you have a proven track record in our industry... We will train you;
